Peanut Butter Cake

• 2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 c. butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 c. milk
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda and set aside. Cream together brown sugar, peanut butter and butter in large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour mixture alternating with milk and sour cream - mix until smooth. Pour into pan and sprinnkle with chocolate chips and peanuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 mins in 9x13 pan.
