Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. strawberry jello (regular size)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 med. bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
- 1 can (1 lb. 4oz.) crushed pineapple, (drained)
- 1 pint sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine jello and water, stir until dissolved.
Add nuts, bananas, pineapple and strawberries. Place half of mixture in refrigerator until firm. (about 1-2 hrs). When firm, spread sour cream evenly over the top. Gently spoon on rest of mixture and refrigerate overnight.
