CRISPY SALMON

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 (5oz)salmon fillets, skinned
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1) to prepare salmon: heat 2tsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. sprinkle salmon with 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp thyme, and 1/4tsp pepper. place fillets, skin sides up, in pan; cook 5 minutes. turn fillets, and cook an additional 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
