Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 lbs. fresh broccoli, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup salad dressing
- 2 Tblsp. Vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine broccoli & onions. Mix salad dressing, vinegar and sugar together until smooth and pour over broccoli & onion mixture.
Add remaining ingredients right before serving so they don't get soggy.
