Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients

  • Bowl #1:
  • 2 bunches Bok Choy or Nappa Cabbage, cut up leaves and stalks
  • 2-4 bunches green onions, finely chopped
  • Bowl #2:
  • 3-4 bags Ramen Noodles, broken up into pieces (omit seasoning pkt)
  • 1/2 slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Bowl #3:
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar (12 packets sugar substitute)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 Tblsp. Soy Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together bok choy and green onions in one bowl.
Items listed in bowl #2 fry up all ingredients until brown and let cool.
Bowl #3 items
Mix the ingredients together well.

Pour bowl #2 over bowl #1 and mix well before serving.

DON'T pour bowl #3 on top until serving and then mix well; (meaning placing on the table). Crunchies will not stay crunchy if oil mixture is poured on to far before serving.
