Ingredients
- 1 chocolate ready pie crust
- 2 3oz pkgs softened cream cheese
- 1 14 oz can sweetended condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. raspberries

Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese, gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add egg, lemon juice and vanilla and mix well. Arrange raspberries on bottom of pie crust. Slowly pour cheese mixture over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins. Cool and top with chocolate glaze. Chill and garnish with raspberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
Chocolate Glaze:
Melt 2 1oz squares of semi-sweet baking chocolate with 1/4 c. whipping cream. Cook and stir until thick and smooth. Remove from heat.
