Healthy Berry Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups graham crumbs
  • 5 Tbsp butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp raw sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3-4 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 2-3 Tbsp raw sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups greek style yogurt-thick
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate juice
  • blackberries
  • raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

Combine graham crumbs, 2 Tbsp sugar and butter, and divide evenly among 8 muffin cups (lined) Press with a spoon in the center to make a well and push some of the crumbs up the sides.
In a bowl beat vanilla, cream cheese and 2-3 Tbsp sugar until just fluffy.
Beat in the yogurt and pomegranate juice. Fill each shell with the yogurt mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top each tart with fresh blackberries and raspberries.
