Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whipping cream, chilled 175ml
- 1 tbsp berry sugar 15ml
- fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup crushed Amaretti biscuits 75ml
- 1 pkg.(100 g) 8 chocolate dessert cups 1
Preparation
Step 1
Pour chilled whipping cream into a large bowl. Whip until soft peaks start to form. Add sugar and continue beating until firm peaks form. Reserve 8 strawberries for garnish.
Just before serving, slightly crush enough strawberries to make about 3/4 cup /175 ml. Fold crushed berries and biscuits into the cream. Spoon the mixture into chocolate cups. Garnish each cup with a sliced berry.
