SEA BASS WITH PINEAPPEL AND BASIL GLAZE

Sea Bass with Pineapple and Basil

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. pineapple preserve
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • saIt, to taste
  • 4 (6 oz.) sea bass or another firm
  • white fish
  • salt & pepper for fish

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine pineapple
preserves and the next 4 ingredients. Salt to
taste. Set aside. Salt and pepper fish fillets.
Place on grill or broiler pan, coated with
cooking spray. Brush with glaze. Grill/broil
for 5 minutes. Turn, brush with glaze and
return to heat for an additional 5 minutes.
