Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt
  • 1/2-1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Good Seasons dressing mix, dry
  • Sliced black olives
  • Cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1 10-oz package frozen peas, partially defrosted

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice with water and salt, drain well, and cool.
Mix mayonnaise and salad dressing mix in large bowl. Add rice and remaining ingredients, toss lightly with a fork.
Let sit overnight to marinate.
