- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 3/4 c. Italian dressing
- 4-5 c. cornflakes

Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and marinate in dressing for 30 minutes. Coat chicken with cereal. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Dipping sauce:
Stir together 3/4 c. mayo, 1/4 c. dijon mustard, 1/4 c. honey
