Ingredients
- Pastry:
- 1 can crab meat - rinse and drain
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp tobasco
- 1/4 tsp season salt
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c. flour
- dash black pepper
- dash season salt
- few drops of tabasco

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle lemon juice over crab meat. Add remaining ingredients, blend and spoon into tiny tart pans lined with sharp cheddar cheese pastry (recipe below).
Pastry:
Mix cheese and butter. Introduce flour and seasonings to cheese/butter mixture and press into tart pans. Spoon crab mix into pastry and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
