Ingredients
- 1 T honey
- 1/8 t cayenne
- 1/4 t lime zest
- 1/4 t grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 lb shrimp (XL)
- 1 T cold butter
- Lime wedges
- 1 jalapeño, halved and sliced thin
- 1 T chives, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 500*
Combine honey,cayenne, lime zest, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss in shrimp
Spread shrimp on rimmed baking sheet, dot w/ butter. Roast about 5 min until pink and opaque. Sprinkle w/ lime juice and toss w/ jalapeño and chives.
