Ingredients
- 5 lbs pork spare ribs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1
Place ribs in large plastic container. Blend remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover and refrigerate 24 hrs, turning ribs occ. Remove ribs from marinade; boil marinade b/f using to baste.
Preheat oven to 300. Arrange ribs on rack (broiler pan is fine). Bake 2 hrs until tender; baste occ and turn once during cooking time.
