GRILLED BOURBON TENDERLOIN

Easy week night meat.
Freeze any left over basting sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs Old Bay
  • 1 tbs chopped fresh garlic
  • SAUCE
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay

Preparation

Step 1

Rub pork w/veg oil, then season with 1 tsp Old Bay and garlic. Heat grill to med.

Combine preserves, bourbon, ketchup and 1 ½ tsp Old Bay in small bowl.

Grill pork over med heat about 25-30 min, or until internal temp reaches 160. Brush w/sauce during last 2 min of cooking. Slice and serve w/remaining sauce.
