Ingredients
- 1 box raisins
- 3 Tbsp flour blended in a small amount of water
- Pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Bring raisins and water to a boil. Gradually stir in flour mix. Cook until thickened and boiled down a bit.
Roll out pie dough to fit cookie sheet. Spread raisins in single layer over bottom crust. Cover with top crust. Pinch edges together. Perforate top crust with a fork several times.
Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned.
(Dates may be used - prepare same as raisins but do not add flour. Mash well before spreading.)
