Turkey Pasta with Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- pinch nutmeg
- 1/2 pound pasta
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound cooked turkey, cubed
- parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the roux by heating the butter in a small saucepan and adding the flour. Over medium heat, stir until the flour just begins to turn a very light brown.
In another pan heat the cream. When it is hot, add the roux to the cream, stirring carefully until th sauce is thickened. Add the salt, pepper and nutmeg. Remove from heat.
Cook the pasta; drain.
Saute the garlic in the olive oil until just lightly browned. Add the turkey; saute until all is hot. Add a but of pepper to taste.
Toss the turkey with pasta; add sauce and toss. Top with parmesan cheese to serve.
