Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 10-oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tsp minced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all (except potato chips) together and put in greased casserole. Bake in 450° oven until bubbly, about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle crushed potato chips over top and bake about 5 more minutes.
