Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 pound ham, chopped
- 1 cup small peas
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 batch demi-glaze, recipe below
- 12 ounces pasta, medium egg noodles or fettucine, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter; saute ham. Add peas, cream, cheese, and demi-glaze. Mix with cooked pasta.
DEMI-GLAZE: Brown 2 Tablespoons butter, add 2 Tablespoons flour; cook until smooth and brown, stirring constantly. Slowly add 1 Cup beef bouillon or beef consomme. Cook and stir until thickened and mixture boils. Add 2 Tablespoons sherry.
