• 1/2 c oats
• 1 1/4 c flour
• 3/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 c apple sauce
• 1/2 c milk
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 egg white
• Top 1/4 cup oats
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/8 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp melted margarine
