Ingredients
- 2 Tbsps fat-free or light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps fat-free or light sour cream or fat-free or low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsps cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsps honey or sugar
- 3/8 tsp celery seeds or dill seeds
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Pepper to taste
- 3 cups packaged cabbage mix or shredded cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, cut into matchstick-size strips
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, honey, celery seeds, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cabbage mix, carrot, and red onion. Pour in the dressing and toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, or serve immediately.
