Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 lb. cooked medium shrimp
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 cups torn salad greens
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add shrimp, cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Stir in broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered 4 minutes. Place salad greens on four plates - top with shrimp mixture.
