Ingredients
- 10 – 12 medium potatoes, cooked
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsps mustard
- 2 tsps salt
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 dill pickles chopped fine
Preparation
Step 1
Dice potatoes and cook until almost tender. Blend dressing well. Mix carefully with potatoes. Slice eggs on top. Let stand at least 4 hours for flavors to blend.
