Ingredients
- 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 1-2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 cups tomato juice, or until soupy
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Chop the tomatoes and cucumber by hand. For the other ingredients, place in food processor and pulse until chopped. Place in large bowl, add other ingredients and chill, preferably overnight.
