Ingredients

• Mix in Small Bowl:
• 1 egg white
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Add and Beat to Stiff Peaks:
• 1/4 cup boiling water

Spread on cake.

Colored sprinkles or food coloring may be added.
