From Meatloaf mixture shape into grape-sized balls, in single layer in Pam-sprayed roasting pan.
Bake-rather than fry-^at 425F-about 12 to 15 mins, without turning them, til nicely browned.
Transfer to baking dish & cover in prepared BBQ Sauce or Sour Cream Swedish-style sauce, baking covered about 30 mins at 350 F.
