Step 1
In large bowl combine 2 c flour, 1 1/2 c sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. In another bowl combine 2 beaten eggs, 1 (8 0z) c reduced fat sour cream, 1/2 c vanilla yogurt, 1/2 c melter butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. In a small bowl combine streusel ingrediants being 1/2 c packed brown sugar, 1/3 c flour, 2 tbsp melted butter and 1 tsp ground cinamon. Spoon half of batter into a 13x9 in baking pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle in half the struesel mixture. Top with remaining batter and streusel. Kae at 350 for 30-35 mintues until toothpick comes out clean. Place on wire rack to cool.
