TWISTY SOFT PRETZEL

Preheat oven to 425. In a small bowl stir together 3/4 c warm water, 1/2 envelope yeast and 1 tsp sugar. In large mixing bowl mix 2 c all purpose flour and 1/2 tsp salt. After 5 minutes, stir yeast mix into floud mix. with well floured hands shoape dough into whatever shape we want. Brush with a beaten egg and place on a a greased cookie sheet. Sprinke with salt, ciniamon sugar, or whatever. Bakc for 12 minutes.
