Ingredients
- 4 cups Chinese cabbage shredded
- 8 3/4 ounces crushed pineapple
- 8 ounces waterchestnuts sliced
- 1 cup parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup scallion sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ginger peeled and grated
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together mayo, mustardd and ginger- set aside
Combine everything else- chill overnight
To serve- mix both together.
