Cap'n Crunch Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 cups captain crunch
• 1 whole eggs
• 2 cups corn flakes
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup flour
• 2 pounds chicken
• 3 tablespoons onion
• 3 tablespoons garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Mix captain crunch, cornflakes, onion, garlic, and flour together.

Mix eggs and milk together,

Dredge chicken in egg mix then dry mix. Fry in oil until cooked or bake on high heat.
