Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 4 potatoes
- Celery to suit
- 12 oz. can V-8 juice
- 4 carrots
- 1 onion
- Salt to taste
- 2 About 2 tbsp. flour

Step 1
Cut vegetables and meat. Put in dutch oven, cover and bake 5 hours at 250 degrees.
