Ingredients
- 1/4 cup double strength brewed coffee, room temperature
- 2 shots fresh espresso, room temperature
- 24 oz (1qt) softened coffee ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place coffee, espresso and ice cream in blender and pulse several times to begin breaking up ice cream. With blender motor off, use a flexible spatula to mash mixture down onto the blender blades. Continue pulsing, stopping, and mashing until mixture is well blended, thick and moves easily in blender jar, about 30-90 seconds. Pour into chilled glass or glasses and serve at once.
