Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs thawed and drained boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins.
- 1 (24 oz) jar salsa of choice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place the chicken in the crockpot.
2. Add the salsa and cook on low heat all day or on high heat 5-6 hours. (KC: my crockpot needs only 3-4 high or 6-8 low)

For FP meal, keep the meat to between 3 and 4 ounces and enjoy over Cauli Rice or Not Naughty Rice, and top with a little Greek yogurt.
Can be E meal by pairing it with half servings of beans and rice.
Or can be S meal with grated cheese, sour cream and a garnish of diced avocado.
