Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in large pan. Add 2 1/2 c coleslaw mix, 1/3 c sliced green onions, salt and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Add 2 c spicy flavor shredded rotisserie chicken and 1/3 c bbq suace. Cook only about a minute or until heated through. Wrap mixture in warmed tortila with montery jack cheese.
