Blueberry Pudding

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 tsps. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1.4 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups blueberries
  • 3/4 cup milk



Step 1

Sift dry ingredients, rub in butter. Add berries and then milk, stirring lightly to make a batter. Pour into greased mould. Place over boiling water and steam for 1 hour. Serve with custard sauce.
