Pancakes for One
These were described as "Sad Pancakes for One"
- 1/4 cup self-rising flour
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, plus more for cooking
- 1 large egg white.

Combine your dry ingredients, add your milk and oil, and whisk the egg white until soft peaks form. Fold the white into your batter, and cook your pancakes the same way you would if you had someone to share them with.
