Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp cold water
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together egg, water, oil, and salt. Stir in 1 cup flour. Mix until well blended and elastic. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Turn dough onto floured surface. Roll very thin so you can almost see through it. Cut with pizza cutter. Put noodles in boiling pot. Shake pot occasionally, do not stir. Cook 3 to 5 minutes. Cook 2 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes
