Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup real mayonnaise
- 2 cups + 3 to 4 Tbsp. self rising flour
- 4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together milk, sugar, mayonnaise, and 2 cups self rising flour. Work in the 3 to 4 Tbsp flour until dough is thick enough to drop from spoon and hold its shape. Work in cheese. Drop by spoonful into 10 bumpy mounds, 1 inch apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Spray tops with Pam. Bake 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and spray tops with Pam and sprinkle with garlic salt.
