Ingredients

  • Meatloaf:
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. sage (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder (to taste)
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp. ketchup
  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Mix meatloaf ingredients and pack lighly into a greased loaf pan.

3. In a small bowl mix sauce ingredients. Spread sauce evenly over meatloaf.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 1-1/4 hours.
