Ingredients
- Portobello mushrooms
- extra virgin olive oil
- chopped garlic
- sea salt
- seasonings
Preparation
Step 1
Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel. Cut off stems, and make an X with a knife where the stem was.
Place on greased baking sheet with sides.
Top with chopped garlic, and any seasonings you want.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Cook 8-10 minutes.
