  • 1 c shortening
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 2 c gluten free flour blend

Preparation

Step 1

cream shortening and cream cheese together. add flour and mix until incorporated to size small peas. pat into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, 45 minutes. with wooden rolling pin roll out between two pieces of plastic. bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. makes 2 crusts.
