Ingredients
- 12 ounces cavatappi pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 12 ounces american cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Pasta.
Melt butter, whisk in flour, mustard, salt, and pepper
Whisk in milk and cook until bubbly. Whisk in cheese and pour over pasta.
