Step 1

Line a 9 in round pan with plastic wrap, enough to hang over side of pan. In bowl mix 1 (8 oz) pkg Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese softened with 1/4 c sugar. Then add 1 (3 oz) pkg jell o lime flavor getatin, 1 tbsp lime zest, and 1/4 c fresh lime juice. Whisk in to mixture 1 (8 0z) tub cool whip lite with 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint. Pour into prepared pan. Mix 1 1/2 c finely crushed pretzels, 6 tbsp melted butter and 1/4 c sugar and sprinkle over genatin mixture. Coer dessert with ends of plastic wrapt and gently press in crumb mixture. Freeze 3 hours and invest dessert onto serving platter, let stand for 15 min a room temp.
