Ingredients
- 15 Jumbo Shells
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta
- 1 cup Italian cheese
- 1 egg
- Kosher salt
- Pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook shells until aldente
In large bowl mix Ricotta, italian, egg, salt, and pepper; stuff the shells.
For the sauce melt the butter, add cream, and bring to a simmer on medium-low heat. Next stir in Parmesan, and season with pepper
pour two-thrids of sauce into pan. Arrange shells and pour remaining sauce over the shells. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until cheesy & bubbly about 15-20 minutes.
