- 1 carrot, zucchini, yellow squash, egg plant
- balls mozzarella cheese - sliced
- liquid cream
- 2 eggs

Step 1
brush honey mustard on bottom
put cheese on bottom
slice veggies and roll
place standing up in pie crust
mix liquid cream,eggs,pepper,salt
pour over pie
bake 35 minutes - temp ??? 325-350
