Ingredients

• pie crust
• mustard
• 1 carrot, zucchini, yellow squash, egg plant
• balls mozzarella cheese - sliced
• liquid cream
• 2 eggs
• pepper salt

Preparation

Step 1

brush honey mustard on bottom
put cheese on bottom
slice veggies and roll
place standing up in pie crust
mix liquid cream,eggs,pepper,salt
pour over pie
bake 35 minutes - temp ??? 325-350
looks like a pizza
