Ingredients
- 1 16.3 oz refrigerated jumbo biscuits
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
- pinch kosher salt
- ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Separate biscuits. Pour olive oil onto baking sheet. Dip both sides of each biscuit round in oil and arrange on baking sheet. Use fingertips, press each biscuit into a 4-inch free-form flat circle. Sprinkle w/ cheese, parsley, salt, pepper. Bake 10-12 min. Cut into strips.
ROSEMARY-GARLIC FLATBREAD
Substitute 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary and 2 minced garlic cloves for the Parmesan cheese and parsley.
