Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) can sliced stewed tomatoes
- 2 TB light vinegar
- 1 tsp artificial liquid sweetener
- 1 TB dry minced onion
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- fleck of nutmeg
- pinch grated lemon peel.
- dollop onion flavored sour cream chip dip

Preparation
Step 1
Place stewed tomatoes into small saucepan. Stir in light vinegar and artificial liquid sweetener. Add dry minced onion, onion powder, nutmeg and grated lemon peel.
Heat gently to piping hot and serve with onion flavored sour cream chip dip atop each of 4 servings as a nice side dish. (Freezes to be used within 6 months.)
