Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 8 eggs, seperated and room temperture
  • 1 lb. salted butter, room temperture
  • 2 & 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 & 1/2 cup white lily plain flour
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 t. baking powder
  • 2 t. orange extract
  • 2 t. coconut extract
  • 2 t. vanilla extract
  • Mix well and cook in a large flute pan. Bake at 275 for 1 & 1/2 hours.
  • 3 T. milk
  • 3 T. butter
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 t. lemon extract
