Cheesy Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients

• 1 package dried beef
• 2 (3 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tsp. lime juice
• 1 tsp. ground chili powder
• 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
• 10 8-in. tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, lime juice, chili powder, and cumin in a medium bowl; then add in dried beef, stirring well. Evenly divide the mixture among the tortillas, spreading to cover each tortilla.

Roll up each tortilla, finishing with seam-side-down. Cut each tortilla into 1 in. pieces. Place rolled and cut tortillas on a plate and chill for the best taste.
